Active 12″ subwoofer The Kali Audio WS-12 V2 is a subwoofer with a 12-inch woofer and boasts a number of improvements over the original model. On the one hand, Kali Audio has adjusted the signal-to-noise ratio of the crossover and improved it by 6dB. On the other hand, the longevity and reliability of the subwoofer has been significantly increased through revised thermal management. The V2 model is made of optimized materials and has carrying handles and an M10 high stand flange, which means that the device can easily be used for outdoor or live applications. The design of the WS-12 V2 allows the air to leave the enclosure at a uniform speed, resulting in no disturbing air noise, but a balanced bass response with a clean and tight bass. This makes the subwoofer ideal for outputting bass-heavy music such as hip hop or techno, as well as movie soundtracks.
